Winter, 2008

Spencer is leaving Curry College in Milton Ma after a year and a half and will be heading a short distance down the road to Boston to continue his sophomore year at Northeastern University. He is a Communications Major and is looking forward to new challenges at Northeastern. Spencer will also be playing Lacrosse for the Huskies. He will be taking Face-offs and playing Midfield.

  • Tim Santye & Western New England College men’s lacrosse team go 17-1 and a win in NCAA tourney. Congrats to Tim who was selected to the Pilgrim League Academic Team!
  • Spencer Schwab won over 51% of face offs at Curry College
  • Ryan Butler leads Lynchburg into ODAC finals
  • Mickey Hover ends up with a 56% save percentage for the year.
  • Sean Hover and Rutgers go 7 - 6 on the year and finish ranked 18th.
  • Jim Yetter and Colgate finish the year ranked 16th
  • Mike Addis and BYU end up as 2007 MCLA Division A National Champions!
  • Joe DiGangi and Montclair State lose in ECAC Metro title game.

  • Justin DeLuca and Marist end season with a 6 - 9 record.

  • Junior Mickey Hover (Montgomery, NJ) made his first start of the year in net for the Penmen and turned in an outstanding effort. He stopped seven shots in the third quarter and finished with 16 saves against Le Moyne College.
